MOVE IN & OUT CLEANING

Maybe you want your new house ready for your family or you are trying to get your deposit back from your landlord. We can make your move a little less stressful. Our Move In / Move Out cleaning includes the basic cleaning list and can include the following as needed:
Throughout the home
Special attention is given to cobwebs in the corners and baseboards, the insides of windows and frames and closet shelves.
Kitchen
Cabinet and drawer interiors, cabinet faces, refrigerator and freezer interior, oven cleaning and vent / filter cleaning.
Bathrooms
Vanity and drawer interiors, closet shelves and special attention to the bathtubs and showers.
Garage
Swept clean and cobwebs removed

ALREADY MOVED IN?

We typically do a move in / move out cleaning with an empty house. However, if you have already moved in partially or fully, these other items may also be cleaned:
Entry, Living Rooms, Office, Hallways, Dining Room and Bedrooms
Check cobwebs, dust ceiling fan / light, shelves, pictures, blinds, tables and chairs with legs, desks (as available), make beds, straighten area, remove trash, vacuum carpet, or vacuum/wash hard floors
Kitchen
Check cobwebs, dust ceiling fan / light, fingerprints on cabinets, appliance exteriors, microwave interior, wash counter top, sink and chrome, remove trash, shake area rugs, vacuum/wash floor.
Bathrooms
Check cobwebs, dust lights, bath accessories, sanitize toilet inside and out, clean sink, counter and accessories, scrub shower surround and tub, clean chrome, remove trash, shake area rugs, vacuum/wash floor.
Laundry/Mud Room
Check cobwebs, dust ceiling fan / light, appliance exteriors, remove trash; shake area rugs, vacuum/wash floor.
